You can't spot reduce fat deposits. The reason that some people have the "six-pack" is due to a low overall bodyfat percentage that allows the abdominals to show.
Get your bodyfat percentage below 10% and you'll really see them pop. It's hard, but to really get great results cut your junk food habbit completly out. (It works, beleive me, I've been there).

Unfortunately, most of your problem is in your eating habits. Junk food contains a lot of the unhealthy stuff you don't want (like fat and processed sugar) and not much in the nutritional department. I would suggest trying to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and lean meats like fish. In addition, if you eat more frequently (4-6 times daily) and limit your caloric intake after 7PM, that will also help.
The last thing I would suggest is get into some kind of muscle building activity like weight lifting. That way, you will build muscle, which aids in speeding up your metablolism and burns calories. Bottom line is, take in fewer calories in a 24 hour period than you burn in that same period and you will lose weight. Remember, there's no such thing as "spot reducing" your stomach. As you improve your eating habits and increase your metabolism, your overall body weight will go down and you will lose weight in the same places you gained it in.

Contrary to public opinion, exercises do not burn fat, at least not right away. Exercises tone muscles, many times this will do what you want. If you want you tummy gone, exercises that tone those muscles will help. However, if you are not going to change your eating habits, do not bother. Your body requires proteins to build muscle. if you exercise one area, you will build those muscles, but your body will rob what it needs from other muscles, as fat does not contain what is needed to build muscles. Exercise will help burn calories, but it might just take it from the muscles, instead of the fat. The body more readily steals what it needs from the muscles than the fat stores. Only changing you diet with exercise will do what you need. You actually probably need to eat more, not less, but the right things.

Cardio and a diet lower in fat. There is no "magic" exercise that will zap the fat from your abs. You get excess fat in that area when you consume a diet that is high in fat and the only way to rid of it is a combination of exercise and a healthy diet.

Cardio only helps burn calories, it doesn't help firm up. If you have belly fat, there are three things to do...
1.) Eat right
2.) Cardio
3.) Crunches/Sit-ups
