Sound like anxiety disorder but acute anxiety disorder with panic attacks. The Dizzy or light headed feeling is normal with people with anxiety disorders. There are some meds that take that feeling away. Please speak with your Doc about it. Dont worry bro, its normal to have that feeling and is treatable!!
God Bless

I am so happy, it was only a 35 minute drive ( 70 minutes total) but absolutely no sign of anxiety or panic i shopped till I dropped - brilliant! I will now go for the next stage DUAL CARRIAGE way, probably at the weekend, with my husband accompanying me first then the solo drive, if successful the final stage of driving on motorway

i feel the same way, well in terms of the fog. i've tried describing it to people, but they always look at me like i don't make any sense. it guess it doesn't help that i've become very forgetful and i get easily distracted.
keep doing the breathing exercises, they work wonders if you remember to do them when you're in full panic mode. my doctor has given me many prescriptions but i'm reluctant to take any after reading the horror stories on the net. you might want to consider it but do your own research first and talk to your doctor.

Looks like you need some Peace in your heart and some vitamins for your body.
Get on your knees and ask Jesus Christ to forgive you all sins and fill your heart with His Peace, Love and Joy.
Also, start eating more and more fresh organic fruits and vegetables and their seeds (inside the hard shell).
Believe me that will solve all or most of your problems.

it seems that you had a panic attack, but why?were you on drugs or alcohol at that time?anyhow what you are in to now reminds me of depersonalization-realization state, you should see a psychiatrist.
