I want to loose weight but I keep embarking on this "roler coaster" ride. I loose, gain, loose, gain, loose, gain, etc. I can't take it anymore. I started smoking again tonight in desperation and have even contemplated taking drugs to loose the weight. I just can't look in the mirror anymore. People treat you differently when your a fat pig. My husband won't touch me and my 6 month old is going to be so dissapointment in me when she grows up! I HATE MY LIFE!!!!!

I have gone to some pretty outrageous extremes to lose weight in the past, the distant past, and I am glad that's behind me, no pun intended, lol. Seriously, I was young and uneducated on the subject and would not recommend any method outside the advice of a Doctor if you are thinking of anything more extreme than moderate dieting and exercise. When we neglect or abuse our health in youth, have no doubt that we will pay for it. Take a car for example. You can ignore the gas gauge, the oil pressure gauge, the tire tread, radiator fluid, etc. And you can ignore them for awhile. But, if you do you are in for serious problems later, especially if you abuse or neglect all of them either at the same time or independently. Our bodies are much more complex, sensitive, and finicky than an inanimate automobile. Take care of your health. That's the best thing to do. Good luck to you.

I haven't worried about losing weight before, but in the past, my girlfriend has been either annorexic, bulimic, or both (at the same time). PLEASE don't turn to any of those things, because they simply do not work (you lose weight, but gain it back shortly afterwards). Best thing to do is diet and exercise. Diet does not mean eat less, however.. Just eat better, and I'm sure you can find one that satisfies you (or just cut most sweets and fats out of your diet). Do aerobic exercise (running, bicycling, etc) for at least 20 minutes a day (start at 5 min/day, work your way to 20). That's the best I can say.

First, You seem to be nice and preety....above all you can take care of your self by doing walk and some excerise Or start smoking marijuna its going to effect good and will make you light from mind soul and body .....

u dont have to diet. drink milk before sleep. do kung fu lessons that include classes everyday for 1 hr and more and you WILL go there everyday to excersise because all that money u played with force u to go.

nothing ..cause i'm healthy and active ...i have good feet and good legs to excercise and walk on ...i accept myself for who i am ...fat is good ...you are an idividual ,act like an individual ...don't try to blend in ,blend out ...diets don't ork cause they cause cancer ,stroke ad the more likely you don't eat ..then later when you eat you'll gain double the weight .....someday you have to realize that fat is good and everday is a good day to live ...

glasses of iced tea and 30 mins of exercise everyday may help you. these will help you to burn your fats.
