If you have a American Red Cross in your area they will often hire people with no experience. They pay really well, but you will need a open schedule to work the hours they require.

You need to go to a phlebotomy school. You might need to get a license for your state. I wouldn't bother. In california, the pay sucks. THere are better jobs out there that don't require licensing
It might be different in your state though.

you can take a phlebotomy course, its honestly not very long and not very hard.
some hospitals/clinics will hire an individual with no experience and train them, it just depends on where it is.
i work at a hospital and we recently hired a person with no previous phlebotomy experience, trained him from scratch, and now he is one of our best phlebots...

there are online courses u can take for the general basics of it, but you NEED to go to school at least for a while, so you can get hands-on training. if i were you, i would go to the lab at your local hospital where they draw blood, and ask to speak with a manager or supervisor. they can tell you the best programs and resources, and where to get started. good luck!
