Very easy get a five gallong plastic bucket and make sure it's clean ..then take a wooden plank and put it from the groung to the top fo the bucket so the mouse can use it like a ramp..then put a big piece of cheese in the bottom of the pail the mouse will jump down to get the cheese and will not be able to get back out because the sides of the bucket are smooth and the mouse can't get a grip...once you have the mouse in the bucket you can just go dump it outside far away from your house..maybe at your in-laws..that's allways a good place..lol

Set your whole house with c4 and wait for the mouse to poke his head out and then flip the switch...lol...j/k use a sticky Pad or a Mouse Trap....
