Going through the pages/bringing up the rages/
thinking sometimes hurts me/more stupid than I can see/Why dont I leave/Why do I stay/They will be a day/Where I just wont wake/

Why or why wont you leave it alone?
Born to hate and hates to lose
I could leave if I choose
Wont let it die/bring it up some more
Kids and houses and cars and parks/The dream is now becoming dark

You have great writing skills! I hope this isn't about your life. Some people could probably empathize with that in a relationship. Some may get divorced at that point but some make it past & work it out. Best wishes to you! Reminds me of that Sandra Bullock movie, This Thing Called Love -where these 4 try to make it as singers in Nashville. Well, two of the four started dating & had a rash marriage. Well, they ended up breaking up & during that break, when they were down, they were able to produce their best work. Anyway, they ended up getting back together after that. Great movie! (Maybe many a popular, sad, Country songs were born like that!) Great poem writing skills & hope things get better soon! {hug!}

Too depressing for me,
Make it more general, and leave out the personal stuff,
More people would relate.

i like it, but the "kids....dark" seems awkward to me like it was just thrown in there...at least this is my opinion.
i think it would sound better if you ended the poem/song at "...choose"
