This is the poetry I wrote when I was a teenager corny or not I think some of it is pretty good.?

I looked in a forest,and I saw you.
The most wonderful sight I knew.
No shadows cast upon you.
You stood and smiled,and I called your name,and I got no reply,You just smiled and said I love you GOODBYE.

Your poem is pretty good and expressive. The only drawback I
noticed was that line four breaks the beat (or pulse) and rhythm.
If you could alter it, content would improve.
