How do I use a downloaded font from the Web onto a picture?

Question

So I've downloaded this font called Ghastly Panic, it's a really cool font, and what I'm trying to do is to type words by using that font onto the picture.
So basically just words on the pictures except I don't know how to operate this font since it's downloaded.
I used WinRAR to open it, and it has something to do with extract file or whatever..?

Gah I'm just not good with computers, someone help me please?

if you downloaded it, and use Microsoft Word, you should extract the font into your word fonts, in the path "C:\WINDOWS\Fonts" with that u should be able to open your word processing program, paste the picture onto a text document, then type in the text. hope that helps. if nothing else it should give some ideas.

when you install the font first you need to make sure you install it into your fonts folder which is under the c drive and then under the widows folder. After that you should have no problem putting the font onto the image you are using. Sometimes you may have to restart the program you are using to use the font.

You need to install the font first. Then you'll have access to it through whatever graphics software you are using. Hope this helps.
