Do you have anything to lose?
If you have decided that you can't keep seeing her as a friend only, then go ahead and make a move. Good luck.

Problem number 1... you are scared? What are scared about? Her rejecting you? It isn't going to be some sort of overly embarring moment... she isn't going to dog you out like in some sort of chessy high school movie. If you are not a total jackass, she won't treat you as one. Confidence, Man... get it.. or never get a woman. And if she says no... dude.. in your life you will meet many other woman to ask out, but you will never get good at it, or get any dates for that matter, if you just don't make a move. Telling her you "like" her? What's the point, ask her out to spend time chilling with you, and decide if you really "like" her, or if you just think she's hot. Hell, she may turn out to be a bore.

She might wait for you to make the first move. Just make the move either compliment her about thing that she wear in the nice and polite way. Or if you are both in the same class, then start ask her about the subject that you have in class. Pretend that you don't understand and needed her help. Good luck.

well i know how you feel, except im a girl so its the other way around.

if you dont want to tell her now, then thats fine but tell her eventually, or else your never going to know what she will say and youll feel much better getting it off of your chest. dont wait like i did, becuase i chickend out and the following year that guy changed schools. so that was a bit sad.\

good luck! :D

Be casual about it, you just like "Hey I just really wanted to tell you that I like you a lot, and think we should go out sometime" or something like that. Don't make some huge deal about it because it will more than likely make her uncomfortable. Don't go out of your way to do it, just be yourself.

go for it! what do you have to lose! even if she says no, you will be proud of yourself and more open to telling other girls how you feel. if you don't get this off of your back now, you can ruin your dating forever

just go up to her and tell her that you like her... somebody's got to make the first move :)

if she likes you, she'll be very extatic... if not... you told her your true feelings and now you won't regret for not telling her
