I would appreciate it. This shows that you're taking her feelings into consideration and that you're a thoughtful person but if she doesn't seem interested then maybe you should let this one go.

Oh Dude...if she doesn't appreciate the homemade card then she isn't the girl for you!!! There are plenty of girls out there that would have been thrilled to have gotten a card and even more thrilled if the card was homemade!!! But if you still want to date her..then do NOT mention the card. Just give her a note with your email address and/or phone number. Let her make the next move. You will then know where you stand with her. Good luck!

NEVER apologize about something like a homemade card. What if she secretly loved it and then you go apologizing about it? Don't do that. Just tell her that you'd love to get to know her better and offer your e-mail or give her your number. If she calls you or e-mails you, proceed. If she doesn't, just talk to her on occasion and try to build a friendship from the ground up.

yes... don't apologize- she might just like you... if a guy did that to me, (kay i'm a little shy around guys) , i wouldn't need an apology, whether i liked him or not... cuz it would be sweet :-)... if she's really shy, a hand-made card is a lot better than going up to her and putting her on the spot or something ... that would be a lot more uncomfortable

Ask her to go to a movie with you. I think the card was totally sweet because you made it yourself instead of going out and buying someone else's creation. (KUDOS!) Definately ask her out. IF she says no, then at least you know that you didn't miss an opportunity, and if she says yes...well, we'll just see what happens...
