Also, which vitamen e thingies do i pick up. i saw capsules, but the wear like pills that you swallow for your heart.
Are those the ones im supposed to use?
like A lot of people said that you buy the pills and break them open. Are they specific pills, or any pills that are vitamen e.
Also, i came along some blended Ve pills. Does it have to be pure or can it be any?

If they are deep pitted scars then you are going to have to get mircodermabrasion done, peels, or laser, whatever your doctors recommend. But if they are just marks, like a different color tone, then I would use "Aveeno Clear Complexion Correcting Treatment." I absolutely swear by it. It did wonders for me and it helps clear up any blemish that might pop up so fast.
They sell it at walmart or walgreens and usually runs around $15. Truly wonderful stuff!
As far as Vitamin E goes, I have heard of people using it, but I have never heard of anyone really claiming it works. Just that it makes their skin smooth.

What ever you decide on, make sure you only use capsules with the liquid inside. Prick it with a pin and squeeze the vit. E out and smooth across your scars. I would recommend rotating or mixing it with good ol' Neosporin.

Who told you that Vitamin E will work on acne scars? I'm sorry to tell you that it won't. Nothing you put on your skin can get rid of scars. If the scars are really bad, you can have microdermabrasion done -- that's when a doctor "sands" your face to give it a smooth surface. Very painful recovery but the results are excellent. You cannot have this done if you have a dark or olive complexion.

Nothing works for acne scars...it is all a marketing ploy. Save your money or spend it on something else that you enjoy.
