No they have not... the RC cult did not even start untill the Apostles had been long dead for two hundred years or more... and The RCs were not the first church... nor have they ever been the only church... there have always been many who refused to bow to Rome... these are not Protestants... they are the ones of The True Christian Faith... While most of the "Protestant" churches do have those of The True Christian Faith within their ranks... the number of True Christians in The RCs is extreamly small... as only those who havre found The Truth of The Salvation Message outside of the RC dogma have The Truth... as it is forbidden to teach The Truth of The Salvation message in the RC cult...Those of The True Christian Faith are assured of Their Salvation... and The Salvation of God's Promise can not be taken or lost...Salvation can not be earned by any act, rite, or ritual. No man, priest, or pope can interceed in the Salvation of any other... Salvation is soley between God and the individual... and is God's free gift to all who come to Him as he prescribes...
The RCs do not teach Christs Salvation message... there has never been a pope,,by RC law, who could tell anyone, even themselves, that their Salvation was assured...... God tells those of The True Christian Faith that There Salvation is assured... Sorry RCs... if all you know is RC dogma... you are not going to find yourselves in Heaven...and there is no waiting room for you to find a second chance in... when your mortal time is up that is it... if you are not saved you are left out of heaven..... That is The Word of God... to All who have come o Him in The Way He prescribes

You're 100% right! This teaching of the Church is what converted me 2 years ago. It showed me the Real Presence of Christ and the authority of His Church. Most protestants don't agree with this, and don't realize that they're being unbiblical when doing this. Here's a great site with more info on it:

God bless.

Whether its the "real" body and blood of Jesus Christ makes no difference to me. Anyone that is a member of an earthly church can take communion -- its the state of your mind and the place that your heart is in when you do it that matters.

This is so embarrassing. That anyone thinks an "ordination" spoken over someone can turn bread into real flesh and wine into real blood.
*hands cover face* No wonder Christians get called kooks.

So if Catholics eat the REAL body and blood of Jesus, how are they not cannibals?

Are you saying the Catholic church has a monopoly on transubstantiation?
