oral medication for promoting hair growh. i have few patches on my head .applying oils and hinder my routine.?

this problem is vry serios to me. applying oil etc makes my hair look more thin. oral medication -anything with sure n early results plz suggest or topical but non oily medication

First, assuming you have standard male pattern baldness, it is a genetic thing and there is very little you can do about it. Do a little research on the internet. There only two "proven" things that have helped, just a little, to regrow hair, and that is rogaine and propecia. Rogaine and the generic you can get at any pharmacy, propecia is prescription. Its best to actually use both at the same time. But, big but, the only thing that either of those has ever really proven to do is grow some fairly fine hair at the crown of the head, not on the front. Believe me, when a real cure for balding comes around everyone will know about it, everyone, and it will be sold everywhere and men will pay through the nose to get it.
Don't spend all your money on snake oil potions that say they will grow hair, they won't. Seriously, think about all the balding men, all the guys that would pay dearly to get their hair back, don't you think if there was a real fix for this problem they would already know about it? Do you really think some herb no one has ever heard of is going to do the job for you? Very, very unlikely.

Best advise, cut it short, shorter the better and learn to live with it. The only hope is work that is being done in genetics, and someday, when its too late for me, already too late actually, they will figure out how to turn this problem around.
