I need to open an CD_ROM which require shockwave 8 . The latest version can be download is 10 and it can not read this CD-ROM . what do I need to do ? How can I find shockwave 8 which is not the latest version ?

go to the Adobe/Macromedia website, download Shockwave. It's free and takes only a moment to do and then you will be s set.
