Generally these gifts are given at the rehearsal dinner. You should get gifts for all members of the wedding party, bridesmaids and groomsmen. Parents would be nice too, especially if they're paying for the wedding, or have really helped out with the planning.

My bridesmaids were given their gifts at the bridal tea... fancy way of saying we all got together the day before the wedding and hung out. The guys got their gifts after the rehersal dinner at what they called man's night. They all drank beer ,smoked cigars, and played poker. Or as I like to call it bachlor party round two. It really doesn't matter when you give the gifts. It is more about showing them that you are thankful for them being there for you. We also got gifts for the flowergirl and ring bearer as well as our parents. Most common gift for the women/girls is jewelry and for the guys flasks, knives, or pens. Or they can each be different for each person taking their personality in to account. The gift for my flowergirl was a sketchbook with pencils and watercolors and the gift for my ring bearer was a 007 picturebook and a movie his mom had already approved. Use your imagination and great gifts will come to mind.

I believe traditionally the gifts for best man and maid of honor are given at the rehearsal dinner. As far as others that you give gifts to, traditionally I think it's everyone in your bridal party,ie, bridesmaids, flower girl, ring bearer, etc. Not sure about the parents, I didn't and no one said anything to me. Some people choose to give gifts to whomever helped out like the person who ran the gift table, and the servers-if you know them personally. But I believe that is a matter of choice. Most generally it is just the members of your bridal party.

For girl's I'd give them a gift certificate made by you for a night out fun and classy girls night out on the town. Maybe with a limo and champagne too.

All guys like porn, get 'em porn. That's what my brother did, well he gave gift certificates to Good Vibrations but it's basically the same thing.
