One thing you might consider: it may be a good idea to simply use the artist's name.com to title an art gallery or website. One reason is that when people do a search on that name (unless it is a very common name) the results will come out near the top of the first page and be easily found. Then make sure you mention the keywords like murals, calligraphy or lettering, and the medium worked in, etc. If the name is widely prevavlent, then it may not be as effictive. But if you choose a different name, make sure it isn't really open to interpretation, so that users will know what they are looking for. For example, one artist who was contemplating a site name of "More than a memory" found it connoted scrapbooking, rather than fine art, so the name was changed to the artist's name instead.
