I am at work right now, and my boyfriend just called me up and really made me angry and upset. I started crying and he hung up the phone on me. I don't want to get into why he upset me, he just is in one of those moods where he likes to argue about anything and everything.
I am at work right now, I work night shifts at a hospital, and all I want to do is cry, and be angry. How do you relieve stress when you are at work? I cannot get my head straight and I don't smoke so I can't resort to lighting up a cigarette.
I am losing my damn mind. :[

awww ,, isn't that so nice when they do that,,, and i think you know as well nothing makes us feel much better when they do that,,, but what you can do is avoid calls at work,,, tell him you cant have calls at work no more,,,, don't answer cell phone,,, esp if you think he is going to just call you to start a argument,,,, and last but not least you are not losing your mind,,, but i know it sure feels like that some times. good luck with this and remember don't take calls at work ,,, at least that makes work time ,,, a relax from home issue,

Sounds like you caught a real *** hole. If he argue with you for nothing, he either has a real big issues he is too scared to tell you. Or he is a moody sod, which is up to you if you want to keep him.

you deal with this by look at what the problem is that keeping you
stress out, get rid the the problem trust me the stress will go
way quick and in a hurry.trust me..
