It depends on if you want a meal or snack.

For snack, I'd try some celery with light peanut butter (if you need the protein.)
Also yogurt is a great snack! If you need carbs, perhaps add a little granola to the yogurt.

If you want a meal, try some steamed veggies with fish (like tuna or salmon). The fish is full of iron and protien which will help your muscles and the veggies have folic accid which is just good all around.

Protein-rich meal.

Boiled chicken with veggies.
Eggwhites.
Beans.
FF dairy products.
Nuts.

Protein repairs the muscles that you just worked out. Muscles can't grow without being repaired. Try to get 20-30 grams of protein in a post-workout meal.

If you think it's too late for a heavy meal, you can just gulp down like 5 eggwhites or look into a protein shake.

steamed veggies or fruit. nothing heavy b/c you won't feel so great when you get up in the morning. if you're hungry try a sweet potato.

something with a high water content... like fruits or veggies... this will keep you hydrated.... try a big salad but add something with salt too it... like seeds or nuts to replenish your electrolytes.
