I dont think anyone forgets and ex boyfriend...there was a connection there once that you didnt have with anyone else.
and even though you may never want to see him or talk to him again..you wont forget about him because once upon a time..he was a part of your life..

It depends upon the situation. My friends here says that it depends upon the depth of the relationship. If you were together for years and broke up abruptly then heartaches could still be there after so many years. If you broke up and became friends maybe the situation would be different. I think you can't measure the duration of loving someone by years. If this ex was someone very important to you then loving him would still be as natural as breathing. But it doesn't mean that loving an ex after years means that you can't move on in life. Don't worry yourself too much. Try to find out how the guy is feeling. If he still loves you too then talk things through. But if he's inlove with someone else then let go....Goodluck.

Actually, I don't just forget my ex,or an ex before that. But I have to move on with my life. Since the relationship with my ex was not working. That's doesn't mean I still hold on to my ex. It was just someone that I was involved in the relationship with him once in my life. And the fact that no matter what, my ex will remain in my mind once awhile, it might flash back the old memory of the old days, but I just don't love him anymore as the old day when we used to be together. I am in love with who I am currently with. Stuck with the past will ruin my relationship in the future. Everyone had some kind of what they called the old day, that memory will be in their mind depend on the person that he or she used to be with.

i dont know, but as a guy, i never forgot any of my ex's starting from my first one, sure there were other girls along the way that ment little or nothing becuase the relationship did not last, but trust me, the people that played an important role in your life you will never forget, and vis versa!
