If you must, try using skimmed milk and brown sugar instead!

The dry creamer has sugar in it too. If you begin to eliminate the sugar cube, it really won't take long for you not to miss it.....however!!.....I would rather see you eliminate the dry creamer. Read the label. It has Aluminum in it. The aluminum helps to keep it "free running." Aluminum has been linked to Alzheimer's disease.

Yes, use the sugar, it really won't have any effect if you change your diet other wise. Don't use sugar substitute, aside from being plain unnatural it has been shown to make you feel more hungry because you are getting the taste of sugar with out the energy so your body starts to crave the promised energy.

Probably not. One sugar cube has 25 calories* and coffee has no calories to begin with. However, if you're really concerned, there's always splenda.

The coffee part is great but maybe try splenda and you'll save yourself about 15 calories a cup. If that few calories doesn't bother you, don't worry about it. But cutting out those little things does help!

in case you have as quickly as cup of espresso an afternoon, what you place it in won't count in any respect. yet once you're a a number of cup an afternoon individual, i could advise the sugar loose liquid creamer, because of the fact the sugar could develop your cravings for extra candy issues. lowering on espresso, in case you drink plenty daily, could be a stable concept. Your physique needs extra water.

Try Splenda. It is supposed to have less calories than sugar. And tastes better than the 'pink stuff.'

i sugar is good stay with one sugar
substitutes are chemicals
use honey if you want something a little bit healthier
I cut back from two sugar to one and lose 10 kg (Australian terms) I also had low fat milk too
raw sugar is more natural

splenda is a good choice. It has the same sweetness. it is made from sugar but it has been infused with a chlorine molecule which makes it too large for the body to absorb so you just pass it.

I use Splenda (no calories). They say that it tastes like sugar cause its made from sugar and it's true. Not that crappy aspartame taste. Combining that and not drinking soda helped me lose weight

Try equal and skim milk, or just nix the coffee if you can. Drink herbal teas instead. Your body will do better without the need for a caffiene fix.
