One reason is you may have piles. You may not have eaten enough fiber causing the hard "motion" rubs against the anus walls and tear the tissues there.
Eat more vegetables and fruits and chew them slowing into smaller pieces and drink sufficient water for the day. Do not delay when there is an urge to go to toilet as the colon may re-absorb the water back to the blood streams. This is why those who constipate usually do not have good skin as the toxins absorbed by the colon are being circulated. The excess which cannot be filtered by the liver goes to the skin.

the bleeding can come from any area, intestine, anus, could be something serious or a minor scratch on the skin, if it persists for a few days, consult a doctor, else it would go away shortly.

Are you asking why you had blood in the stool when you have a bowel movement? It could be hemorrhoids, or something more serious. See a doctor.
