you will only lose water weight and maybe some muscle. when there is an insufficient amount of calories to support the basic metabolic functions fat loss is completely halted. the human body is not so easily fooled into releasing fat stores. you have to eat to get fat and you have to eat enough of the right foods to get lean

You could lose maybe 5-10lbs.
HOWEVER, it's gunna be 90% muscle weight. Your body turns calories into glucose to carry out it's basic bodily functions. If you don't supply the body with enough calories (food), it uses the amino acids in your muscles as an alternate energy source, thus breaking your muscle mass and decreasing your muscle mass.
That's why all the skinny female celebrities looks like death because they don't eat enough either and they lose muscle mass. Athletes and health-oriented people considered that a "skinny-fat" since the person loses more muscle than fat and ends up looking odd.

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice
