Also I have personal experience not being able to cease existing, despite much effort and desire at the time, though bodies die from one form to another. You will ever be you, though you'll think of yourself differently, or cease thinking of yourself, and find no reason to die...

If you believe in the 2nd law of thermodynamics then you know that energy can not be created or destroyed. If you believe in Einstein's E=mc2 then you know that energy and matter are essentially the same. So no, you will live on in some form of energy (or matter) forever. Rock on!!
