Hi good evening! I've used cut up nylons before to strain the coffee after boiling the coffee in a pot of water. I've done it a lot in the past while I was camping ...it works

1.do it the old fashion way. with a cloth bag

2.Get a funnel and a vessel to receive the coffee. Boil some water, put the funnel in the vessel with the cheesecloth or a coffee filter in it, put your ground beans in the funnel, and pour hot water into the funnel.

3.boil water, dump in some coffee immediately. Let settle to bottom of pot and then pour gently so as not to disturb the grounds
