limewire if you want single tracks, or for the more complicated whole CDs use a bitorrent client: first download the client such as utorrent, bitcomet, e.t.c. then google the song/cd you want +torrent to find torrents you can download of that content choose the one with the most seeds and peers(leechers) those download the fastest.
remember to seed plz!

limewire is great for music, be careful about downloading anything else, movies, images, software apps. they contain alot of viruses.
get limewire pro, the basic version if full of spyware.
