I am sick of Firefox popup blocker not working so I'm going back to IE which does not have the popup problem when I use the google toolbar.

Yes you can. In FF go to bookmarks, manage bookmarks. When the window opens goto File, Export, and export all bookmarks to the desktop. Open IE7 and on the menu bar goto File, Import and Export. When the box opens, choose import IE Favorites. Then browse to where you exported your FF bookmarks.

P.S. If the menu bar is not visible, click Tools and check in the box.
