okay so i've liked this guy for about 3 months now. when i first noticed i liked him i told a few of my friends and one of them told him. so i also told him a few days later. i've hung out with him only about 4, 5, maybe 6 times and just recently we had a really good time together. i used to talk to him on instant messenger a lot, but i imed him a few days ago just saying hey and he never responded. my friend then imed him and he responded to her. so then today he wasn't online so i texted him and told him he should get on because i missed talking to him. he didn't respond to my text so again, my friend texted him and he replied to her text. but then, about 15, 20 minutes later, he got online. so after he was on for about 5, 10 minutes, i imed him but he did not respond. and ever since one of his exes (that he's still really good friends with but she has a new boyfriend) told him that i was talking about her and said things like i was jealous that they were dating, even though i.....

never said that and she also told him things like i want him and stuff like that. i am going to visit my family this weekend and whenever i do, i usually go to a mall about 5 minutes from his house (he lives about 45 minutes from me so i don't see him that often) and i was planning on asking him if he wanted to meet me there this weekend, but i don't know if i should now because he hasn't been responding to anything i say to him. what do you think i should do?

i don't know if he does like me or not. we have a great time when we're together and talking and we both flirt with eachother but right after his ex told him that stuff then he just stopped talking to me.

I agree. It doesn't seem like he's interested in you. I say forget about him. You can find someone better... someone who's absolutely crazy about you and lives a lot closer. You deserve better than him.

Well if he doesn't respond to you and he responds to your friend. He might be mad at you or just don't want to be like you want him to be. And he lives 45 minutes away, usually relastionships like that go down hill sometimes because it happened to me before. Maybe give him a few weeks to calm down and maybe you could find someone else to like and maybe you could text him and just be friends if that will work well Good Luck

I don't want to sound harsh, but it sounds like he's not interested. Maybe he's still hung up on his ex or something like that, but I don't think you should call him. I would leave him alone for a while, after all, maybe he has some things to work out. Then, after you've given him some time, try again. Good luck!

im a guy and im guilty of this myself, usually when i guy doesnt respond to you on aim and your going out with him he either lost interest in you ( not to sound harsh ) or he found himself another girl that is willing to give it up to him earlier than you are ( or of coarse most men are assholes; he might of just led you on ) i'd give it a day or so and if he doesnt want to talk to you or doesnt respond leave him alone and if you comes crawling back to you, tell him to F- off, and dont put your heart into one person, be open and dont just settle for any guy cuase guys are a whole nother animal

First of all I do not understand why he is letting his ex dictate to him what he should or should not do. I mean he is man so he should be able to think for himself. It seems like to me that there is more going on than what is being said or told. Just be careful.
