Me & my mate met a yr ago thru a store that he took over & i usually shopped in.Over time we became close we share our things with each other e.g CDs,Books etc hes open with me & we enjoy each others company & he even told me he likes talking 2 me He makes me feel comfortable & safe like I can be myself arnd him yknw & it was the moment I realised my feelings starting 2 change in2 something more I freaked & I started avoiding him 4 awhile but that didnt wrk so I thort I'd try moving on with other guys i'll get over him but that didnt work
We have fun with each other dont get me wrong I love his company & everything about him my mum yes my mum lol & friends say that we're more then friends but I keep convincing myself that we're just friends
My mum have seen us 2gether & when we talk its like no one else is in the rm or so my mum says.
But are we more then friends from what ive shared with yous what is your guys verdict?
& Should I run or should I stay

Age doesnt bother me @ all. We're both single and yeah.....The only time we spend with one another is instore. Cause I work evenings & he works during the day. But yeah

He does mean alot 2 me I care about him alot and vice versa. One time there was a freaky that followed me around and I ran straight 2 his store and asked him if i could hide instore 4 awhile I told him y and he was like yeah of course. But this was even b4 we were close.

What ya'll have s very special. Most people wait there entire lifetime to click with someone of a different sex. Sounds to me that you both are in love. Let me tell you something my grandma told my sister and I really wish someone would have told me... "let him love you more than you love him" I know it sounds hella old but truth be told you will have less time dealing with him cheating on you or taking a likeing to many ladys. I look at all my friends and the ones that man love them more have a much happier life. Unlike me I seem to like my men more and always pick some s#!tty ones all the way down to my husband. So I say go for it. He seems to really like you, most girls want a man like that. You are really lucky. Count your blessing ang grab that man!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds to me like your heart has already made this decision, you just need to stop over analyzing and let your mind catch up. You are panicing because you know you have feelings for this man beyond the norms of friendship, but know that if you take it to the next level and for some reason it does not work out, you will have lost your friend too. However, it does not have to be that way. If you are still not sure then start slowly by admitting to yourself that you have deeper feelings for him and slowly allow the relationship to progress. And I would say the first step would be for the two of you to spend and evening together outside the parameters of work to see if you are compatible on other areas that you have perhaps talked about but never experienced one on one in a real situation. It doesn't have to be a romantic evening if you are still jumpy. It can be a fun and very spontaneous interaction to test your compatability level without getting too up close and personal too soon. If your friendship flourishes on a more intimate level then you just might find yourself in the most satisfying relationship of your life having found romance with your best friend. There is nothing greater believe me. I am married to my best friend and I would not take anything for the time we spent getting to know each other and as we grew closer knowing that our attraction toward each other was so much deeper and more meaningful than anything we could have ever imagined because in addition to the physical attraction we had emotional attraction to boot because we truly genuinely liked other as people as friends and as lovers. Just take one day at a time and see where it goes. There's no need to run. Beside you tried that and it didn't work. It sounds like your afraid of a relationship. Keep hanging out. Mums know best so let it be what it will be. Congrats on finding a nice guy.

Sound to me like you BOTH want it to me more than friends, and that's awesome! If you are happy with each other, why not make it official? My boyfriend and I have an 8 year age difference between us, and there is nothing wrong with that! I say STAY and see what happens. Good Luck
