There's a guy at my school that i really like. But i am a really shy person and can't build up enough courage to ask him in person. what should i do?

write a note, and if you still dont know what words to use just have a friend ask him out for you, or if you have the courage call and ask....but me personally i think having a friend ask is the best idea

Try to build a friendship first let him know you like him and see what his response is then ease into the subject of going out it will be easier than springing it on him out of the blue
Then you will know how to judge his reaction.

I think you should be bold enough to ask him.You should not care what he will tell you. but if you can't ask him you can ask him by written or tell your best friend to help you .I had this problem too but now I too have a girl friend. I just told her best friend about my feelings and told her to say it to her.

leave a note on his locker, WITH YOUR NAME. no "secret admirer." tell him to come up to you because you really like him and don't want to mess it up and say the wrong thing or fumble on your words. if he does then it's all good, and if he doesn't hes either shy too (which you already know) or it's not meant to be. good luck!

Tell him your identical twin sister that goes to another school wants to go out with him. And when he shows up at your home, tell him she died but you'll take her place. I think that was from an episode of friends...

if jeff loved you he wouldnt be attempting to hook you up jointly with his acquaintances,yet he appears like a tremendous guy,yet identity pass out with ted,yet i'd confer with jeff with connection with the finished element too

try geting to know him first but if u act to shy with him he will now u like him and if u try to spend time with him and do stuff or tell a friend to tell him or to as him if he likes u ?

just do it..all we can say for you...become friends first....then give him you number...or ask him if he wants to hang out sometime..with you and your friends...like go bowling with his friends and your friends....don't act you are setting it up and have your friends help you set it up...trust me..you might find that this guy aint that great anyway...LOTS OF GUYS OUT THERE
