Hi!!!

It is always so difficult to forgive and forget. But if you don't forgive and forget , you only hurt yourself.

The best way is to move on and not to dwell, in things from the past. If it doesn't have any way to be different or better, then look forward, and don't look back!!

As the more time you spend thinking about, something you can't change the more time you loose, to start doing something new, and totally opposite from what you already have done in the past.

The past could be used always as our best school, for learning NOT what to do when something doesn't work!!!

Move on, that the more you spend in the past, the less you can enjoy, the now, and the future!!!

GOOD LUCK,

A.Z.

Maybe I'm just a pessimist, but I really don't think it's possible to forget the past and forgive a significant other. There will always be trust issues. It's inevitable that you will always wonder about what he's doing and probably become more jealous. There's no way to change that.

Sometimes, if you love the person enough, you can get over it. But, if you're even questioning it now, you probably won't be able to get over it.

And think about it: do you really deserve to be with someone who could hurt you?

Our heavenly Father tells us that if we forgive others their trespasses he will forgive us ours, but if we do not forgive others their trespasses he will not forgive us our trespasses...Now this is enough incentive for any of us. I have actually gotten on my knees and told God I needed help to forgive someone becuz it wasn't real in my heart and he helped me.

We can always change our thoughts...we are to take each thought captive and think on lovely things, so do your best not to dwell on anything that is not lovely, just change your thought.

Our heavenly Father wrote us a letter (the Holy Bible) with all of the answers - YES-ALL THE ANSWERS....

Peresonally, it is a very hard decision to make...and I would not be the one to say, go for it..!! I am still working at forgiving and forgetting...I try to think positive...and forge ahead...but, there are some things that are just really, really difficult to do. I think that you can, when you are ready to...and or willing to forgive...and forget...but, it takes time to work those things out...that's just my feelings on this subject...

Time..........Time heals all wounds. That is the only thing that has ever woked for me. Even if I got in the worse fight with someone and vow never to speak to them again because whatever they did was horrible - I wold most likely talk to them after alittle time goes by. Some things a lot of time has to go by, but time heals all......

move on, and shine on whomever/whatever pissed you off in the first place.

If it's someone you want to keep close by, then just deal w/ the fact that they screwed up, accept it, learn from it, and move on..

If it is too much of a burden to have them as your friend, then move on and make new friends, there are billions of people on the planet, surely somewhere out there, some one will be your friend.

simple ,pretend for second that you are the one who did a mistake, % you would require forgiveness so do the same to other. don't do to other what you don't want other to do you, and do what ever you would like them to do for you.
