whenever i go to work my boss gets on my nerves i just feel like strngling him is this normal?

growing up i was taught to be effecient and a boss of my own self i guess it kind of bothers me working for someone who ain't appreciative and leave alone that she's a b*tch if ever there was one.life at work is hell

I'm afraid it's pretty common... of course there are good bosses & managers but often this kind of position appeals to people who like powertrips, you'll find lots of annoying bosses! Try to ignore it and enjoy the more pleasant parts of your work when she's not around, I hope you don't have to work too closely together?

You may be reaping what your sowing by the sound of your comments. Ask The Lord into your life, go get and read a Bible, NIV version is good. Then next time you want to strangle her, ask The Lord to bless her! You will have immediate freedom and peace yourself, I guarantee it! When you forgive you will be forgiven, and become aware of it . is it normal to want to strangle a person? no. your boss has an amazing power over you to be able to evoke that kind of emotion. why are you getting your panties all in a bunch? show up to work (ON TIME), do your work, be courteous and MYOB.

bottom line sounds like you have a violent reaction to authority. maybe consider a job change where 1. you can be the bitchy boss or 2. you can be your own boss.

I had this problem with my boss...and, it got to the point where my heart was pounding when I was around her...so, one day she gave me some crap...and, I said thats is...I went to her boss..and, told him I was out of here because of her...and, he called her up to his office..and, I told her I was going to walk out that day...we cleared the air..and, I stayed...and, since then we get along like two peas in a pod...

I think some women do not know how to manage people...they are good at their job, but, not good at again managing people, so they sometimes act as a *****..

you need to do what I did if you can..if not, then find another job.
