difficulty swallowing, swallowing too much air, pressure in throat, burning in throat, tingling or muscle spasm in throat, start off eating fine but then having a harder time getting the food down as your getting through the meal, refluxing food when you burp, symptoms always worst while standing

Its not a "stricture" or a "hiatal hernia" so what do you think this is?

I forgot to mention I have a ridiculous amount of saliva production. I've had upper GI endoscopies so I know its not a hiatal hernia. I do have GERD but can this be something else.

I agree with other answerers that you should have this checked out by a doctor, but it is interesting that symptoms are worst when standing. Do you find they relent a bit when you lie down? If so, then GERD is unlikely as it is usually worst when lying down. There is just a chance that these are all anxiety related symptoms. If so, there are medications and techniques that can help you. Are you feeling overly stressed? If so, could you address the causes to help yourself in any way? Good luck.

Reflux Disease (GERD) Symptoms:
Persistent heartburn is the most common symptom of GERD.

Heartburn is a burning pain in the center of the chest, behind the breastbone. It often starts in the upper abdomen and spreads up into the neck.

The pain can last as long as 2 hours.

Heartburn is usually worse after eating.

Lying down or bending over can bring on heartburn or make it worse.

The pain usually does not start or get worse with physical activity.

Heartburn is sometimes referred to as acid indigestion.

Not everyone with GERD has heartburn.
Other symptoms of GERD include the following:

Regurgitation of bitter acid up into the throat while sleeping or bending over

Bitter taste in the mouth

Persistent dry cough

Hoarseness (especially in the morning)

Feeling of tightness in the throat, as if a piece of food is stuck there

Wheezing.

I hope dis helps.

How do you know it is not a hiatal hernia?

These are potentially serious symptoms. It could be something more life-threatening than a hiatal hernia. You really need to have a proper medical evaluation to rule-out serious disease.

Look up myasthnia gravis. This is often one of the first signs. You should see a doctor. Other problems can present like this as well.

Sounds like GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
