Geez, it means that you must know her pretty darn well! Admit it, you're banging her, right? Because if she's sharing personal information like that with you, either she wants you sexually or she's had you sexually or she's a skank who likes to discuss private matters publicly.
Maybe you need to be a little more gentle when you play with them! Less biting and more sucking!

It can be tender in that area during her period, if she is young enough that she is still growing, if she is pregnant, or if they have simply rubbed against her bra or something. Really, use common sense, you guys must have a good relationship if she is willing to tell you stuff like this, most girls are afraid of weirding guys out with it.

Natural PMS, nothing wrong there.
If she gets other ailments such as missing her period (if she tells u about that all-LOL) then she can check if shes pregnant or something.

pending PMS or maybe pregnancy... maybe sore from too much stimulation?? or hormones. Thats all I can think of.
