If you eat fatty foods that can happen. I can't eat anything like bacon or greasy fast food with out that happening. Try a healthier high-calorie meal.

First of all, I am no expert at this so here goes. This is just my assumption of what might be happening here. You consume a lot of calaries, then have diarrhea, this tells me you may have a problem here. If you eat and right away you're putting out waste, your body isn't absorbing the nutrients that you've just consumed. You may have a case of IBS. Irritable Bowel Syndrome AKA IBS. Do your research on this condition. Symptoms can be constipation/diarrhea. You can be treated if you have this condition. You might want to make sure that whatever you're eating is something that you're not allergic to as well. Get seen after first before trying to gain weight, this would be your first step to getting to where you want to be.

Good luck!

man, if you get diarrhea after eating a meat, you might have just got salmonela poisoning or some kind of food poisoning. I say the calories are the least to worry about. But if you want to get some calories and meat makes you sick, drink some chocolate milk or eat a candy bar. don't eat something that's gonna make you lose water and dehydrate you... not safe, and it will make you lose weight (the diarrhea).
