Should the letters go stacked on top of each other or sideways like you'd write it on paper? (ie:left to right)

depends what you are putting there....maybe 1 word is good going top to bottom..but if its more than 1 word, left to right is better i think

most tattoos on the wrist are written like you would write on paper and the lettering usually faces away from you (so other people can see what it says) but you can do whatever you like since it's your body. there are no definite rules.

Depends on how easily you want it read. It's all a matter of personal choice. Make up your own mind, Dude. And then just do it.

I would do it sideways
