She seemed flattered and it took a big burden off my chest. She's got a boyfriend but at least i planted a seed. To those in my situation i say go for it.

Was there a question here or were you just dying to tell someone your exciting news? I'm glad you did go for it and tell her...all too often people are asking what to do in your situation and I want to say to them....JUST TELL HER/HIM! Good for you.

I have done this once before as well. It really sucks because it eats you up inside. But once you tell them, even if you don't get the reaction you want, it does take a big burden off your shoulders. You know that you have said what you feel, and you can either move forward with them, or move on to someone who will return the feelings. :)

The only thing you planted was yourself firmly in the "friend zone". Have some dignity. Forget her and move on.

well, i think it is fine to go for it, but have to admit the fact that worries might be there. i never go for someone who has gf because 1) i dont want any trouble 2) he might do it with me. but if you are sure that you really like him, go for it. nothing can stop you anyway.
