Is it alright to date someone who is nice and romantic to you, quirky and attentive to others, but he is not good looking by any means. He is not known as the boyfriend type, but he is dating me. Is it alright to date someone without being physically attracted to them, even if they are to you???

Of course it's alright, as long as you like him it should be fine. I've liked non-good-looking guys before, because they had great personalities. I admire you for not being shallow. Keep it up and go for him!!!

I don't mind dating someone who isn't all that in the looks department, but usually i am physically attracted to them too. So if y'all do kiss how do u feel about that??
I would say he sounds real cool to date, and if u think that the physical attraction will come, stick with it, if not-u have a hard decision ahead of u, to either let him go, or except things as they are.

Sometimes physical attraction is just not everything.Love cannot be build just on physical attraction alone.You must also be attracted to his personality.But it definitely is a bonus if you get sum1 good looking plus good personality.But with this guy,ask yourself ,are you happy enough?Everything is still up to you...If you really the kind of person,who prioritize more on the outside,and after months of dating him,you just cant bring yourself to face his physical appearance,then i suggest just leave him.Or you will just be going on with the flow,having a relationship you know you are not really fond of and sooner or later his heart will get crushed.So do it,sooner or later...Good luck..hope you find the right guy......

little by little u start noticin' little ugly ways he holds his face or the double chin from certain angles and after while he just starts losin' the wine and looks like a v8....but babyyyyyyy???????????
u get u a sweet ugly man that treats u like gold and guess what happens...one day....hallelujah!.......one day ur gonna glance over at him and ...oh my good god.....his fine will last always because its brand new....WITH a warranty.....the warranty being.....since he doesnt know he suddenly turned fine...he still wont cheat on u!

I think so. It's not about looks, although they help but as long as you two are happy go for it! Don't worry what others think. It's what you feel that matters.

if you are not happy with this person then you need to be honest
with them, it not fair to lead him/jher on. if you dont feel what they
feel for you. how would you feel if the table were turn and it was
you in that spot. how would you feel? think about it, everyone
has feeling and they need to respect.
