Can you give her a supplement? Talk with your doctor and find out what supplements are safe for toddlers, maybe flinstones vitamins.
This will take some of the pressure off as you know she will be healthy. Keep introducing new foods to her or just try one food and repeat.
A personal note: When I was young I was the pickiest kid ever. If my parents wanted me to eat something new or something I thought I didn't like I would literally cry into my food all night. I would rather be punished or sit in front of my food for hours than eat it. My mom and dad are separated. My mom had compassion and didn't force me to eat nasty things, just sometimes a vegetable. My dad forced me to eat things or would punish me or make me sit in front of my food. I still dislike him for this. It was Horrible, it was like torture to me. I didn't understand what was going on (and i did this from toddler to pre-teen and still didn't understand) and i really didn't like the food. Eventually as I got older I got bolder and tried new things. Now I enjoy a whole variety of food. So be sensitive and know that she will grow up OK.

Sometimes it takes 20 or more times before they'll finally decide to eat a specific food. Keep trying. Finger foods are good too like small sandwiches, pieces of fruit. If you're concerned about making sure she's getting enough good nutrition, try a toddler beverage. I prefer organic products and like Baby's Only Organic Toddler beverage. The kids like it too.

You can't force her to eat something she doesn't like. Pick your battles and this is one you'll probably lose. She will get the nutrition she needs and she will eat when she's hungry. Kids go through phases where their appetites are better than other times. The old "clean your plate" mentality is so old school. No one should continue to eat when they're full just because it's on the plate.

actually it is normal, my daughter is 2 and seriously will only eat chicken nuggets for dinner. they call it the toddler diet. just keep offering her different foods, and sooner or later she will start to eat more and more variations.

kids are just picky eaters sometimes. keep trying to give a variety and see if her helping you make things helps her be more interested.
