you have to be 18 years old and a valid id is required. if you don't have one then you will not get a tattoo from anyone. the shop does not want to lose their license to do tattoo's out this way.

It's 18, however, you can get a tattoo or piercing before if (and only if) you have parental consent.

18, but if you know the guy who is doing the tattoo they will probobly do it cause bob wsa 14 when i got mine or you can get your parent to write a note and sign it or some **** like that bob isnt sure.
