This girl caught my eye. To describe her better she is a girl like The Hills, Laguna Beach, etc. A typical blond Californian girl. How do I approach and start a conversation with her. She is a classmate. Her blondness intimiates me. As brunettes don't give me the feeling of inferiority.

Well to start a conversation with her be sure to include the word "Like" at the beginning of every sentence or ask her if she watches Laguna Beach.

Approach her the same way you would any other girl. Just because she is a blonde doesn't mean she is inhuman!!!! She is a person, and being a female she just needs to know you are interested in her.
Start off with "Hi" and comment on her eyes, or her gorgeous smile!!!
