Windows Mail for XP?

Is there any way to download Vista's Windows Mail (AKA Outlook Express 7.0) to Windows XP?

Install IE6.0 or IE 7.0 which includes Outlook Express...

Most Vista programs will not run on older versions of windows. So while you can figure out a way to get it -- it will probably not run on an xp computer.

It is not compatible with WinXp.
