there is this co worker-he is 25 and i am 19 and he is engaged, but he flirts with me a lot,he always wants to know how old i am after i have told him, i came with a ripp sweater to work one day and he said"you wanna show off your nice tan, after that he called me a f***er- he tends to joke like that, but i 'm sure if he was joking and every time we are sitting in a table for break, out of all the girls in the table,
he always teases me in a joking way , he practically ignores the others he also bugs me about his tables needed a buss and he also wanted to know my college schedule b/c we attend the same college and he said "so i know when to hide, when are you at school?" but he said it in like a joking way, and he got concerned for me when i told him i wanted to drop out of school.he always says hi and bye to me, i believe he knows i think he's cute,

Hey stupid scanks.He said no women.Women have no idea how men feel inside.Get the **** out !Jesus,you have no respect for others wishes.Anyways,I honestly dont know.You might be really vain and think hes flirting with you but honestly....alot of guys **** around and say stupid things and generaly mean things thinking its a joke.Were weird like that.Be playful back.In the case he takes it the wrong way and it is really obious he isnt playing anymore,set him straight.

If he is your co-worker and you feel uncomfortable give subtle hints. If you know that he is joking, take it seriously and show that you are offended or creep-ed out. If that does not work, tell your boss and try to get on different schedules.
He is sexually harassing you, you need to do something about this because you are worth it. Nobody deserves that. Take action and stand up for yourself.

My impression is that you should be very careful. I think I sense trouble. The jokes are a thin mask. I think I would tell him to stop or you will complain to the employer.

Guys are only ever half joking when it comes to sexual matters. Its a front he is putting up in case you reject him, he can tell himself that he was only joking. At any rate tell him to either break it off with his fiancee or take a hike.
