Try blow drying your hair for an extra ammount of time. Or go to a parlor and have them straighten your hair.

Without chemical straightening it isn't going to happen. Sorry! Curly is curly and straight is straight. It has to do with the type of hair follicles you have and that can't be changed. It will look less frizzy if you don't use a brush on it. Comb it wet and le it dry naturally. It will just be curly but not frizzy, It also helps a little to use a really good quality conditioner and a frizz control product. You can use a heating iron but it can damage your hair. I used to have a college roommate who ironed her hair but she was always burning her ears! LOL

ok, see, i just use a flat iron on my hair. i have a 40 dollar one but it works great. I want a farouk chi one though, personally. and about the chemical straighteners. I had my hair done at a salon and she used the farouk chi chemical straightener. it cost me 200 dollars and didn't do crap really. I saw pics of people who she said she did, and their hair was perfect. But mine didn't do much at all, still frizzy and still curly. And yes, I did do all the directions she said. But just use a heat protectant (really makes a difference and cheap at walmart... 2 dollars or so) and use a flat iron that is NOT a conair. hope this works for you.

I would suggest using a chi. And before you blowdry your hair use a heat protectant and leave in conditioner...I suggest using sebastian's potion 9 as a leave in...it really helps protect your hair and fix frizz...also use L'Oreal nature's therapy heat control protection creme before blowdrying..you should also straighten your hair in small sections..I would suggest using Matrix sleek look sealing serum after straigtening...it also helps prevent frizz and works really well and doesn't leave your hair all greasy

for the frizz, DEF try farouk biosilk. its expensive, but lasts forever and is a MIRACLE! it takes care of the frizz and makes your hair SUPER soft, and wont make it greasy. for straightening, i use a maxi-glide. it has a steam option, which is good for your hair, and protects against frizzies in humidity. and then i finish up with redken hairspray 09, which has humidity protectant. so one or all of these should help! out of the 3, i would say the biosilk is my fave.

same here. you want to put in a wet hair gel before you dry your hair, then dry it with a focusing nozzle, then straighten it in very thin sections with a high heat ceramic straightener. you can also put in john Frieda mousse which works well and paul mitchell hairspray.
