I’m sorry that I did not notice that this might look like I am trying to mock people who are indeed Christian. I asked because I am doing a report on censorship and book banning and I could not remember what the belief was called.

Did you ask the question because you really wanted an answer or did you want to mock Christians for their beliefs. I am a Christian and I have no problem letting you believe the way that you want too. Creationism or Creation Science is the name that you asked for. I have a little bit different take on it. The Bible says that God created the heaven and the earth in six days and on the seventh He rested. As I wasn't there at the time I have no personal knowledge about how long God's day was but one can find a idea of how long in the book of Isaiah when it speaks of Gods day as being as 1000 years or a 1,000,000 for the very people that this was said to only knew that it was many life times. I am of the belief that 6 days for God is a whole lot more than 6 days for you and me. It doesn't say in the Bible what or how God created any of the many wondrous things in this world and the evolution idea works for me and as I see it, it goes right along with creation

It's called having sense, even Darwin had his doubts about evolution. People who believe call creationism blind faith, when they dont realize how blindly they are following along the monkey poop trail they're on. Takes just as much faith to believe you father was Curious George as it does to believe God created you in his own image. A fact they cannot refute.
