No mercy in Ohio, and no plead down. If you are under 21, you may loose you license for six months, possible have to go to driving school, and no matter what, you insurance company will be raising your rates (unless you have a company that doesn't check, and if you don't tell them, well, you'd be OK, until they find out you didn't tell them, then they drop you, and just try and get someone to insure you then,,,) aren't you glad you asked?

Depending on your age and depending on where you get these tickets, you could end up with a suspended license. If you happened to get one or two in a small village, then you might be better off than if you had gotten them in a municipal court.

You will probably lose your license for a short period, but you may be able to have driving privileges to work and school.

I would get an attorney and agree to take defensive driving school, that might save you some time on your suspension, but it will cost you to get an attorney.

Be nice to the judge, he has the ultimate say on your punishment.
