So I know that making eye contact is the best way to let someone know you might be interested. How do you catch someone's eye when they are not looking at you?

just look at their eyes, or mayb if its someone in specific try to make a small comment about anythin that is goin on at the moment, i.e. weather, someone falling, school, etc, basically anythin that is relevant to what is going on, and when she looks at you while you are talking, make sure to look into her eyes and smile....
works like a charm, if she doesnt smile back then probably no chance, if she kinda does, then mayb there is somethin....
if she really smiles, then you r onto somethin,
and she giggles (in the case what you said was funny) or hits you in a joking way( in the case that you made fun of someone or somethin) while smiling....
then you better keep it up

I hate to say it but if they aren't looking at you it usually means they are not interested. As a female I would just walk by with a little shake. I really can't think of anything a guy has done to make me look at him (if I wasn't already looking) other than make a fool of himself which is what your trying to avoid.

well u can get in their field of view, when she sees u looking just smile or wink but wink in a joking way not in a perverted horny frat boy way and the start laughing like a hyenna.

make them notice u, and then she will look at u, and u can make eye contact with her.

well dont stare at them until they stare at you... WEARD!!!
but when you walk by them look at their eyes when there about 12 ft awayfrom you. They'll mostlikely look at you at about the same time

Walk by the person seductively or keep staring at the person until he/she does look at you.
