The wrong doers or the sinners with the wish of god.

Good is clearly separated from the bad. Ur mind is the first index to the wrong things. Ur conscience indicates first that this is not good before doing something wrong or bad. If u are feeling that this may b wrong and not sure about it then there is more probability that it could be wrong.

If u do a wrong (not mistakes) ;
wrong is done with intention mostly and mistakes are done without knowing or knowledge.
if u commit a sin, u must confess from the god. Verily god is the merciest in the entire known things or existances.
Surely he forgives everything except making partners in worship to him.
Ur heartfelt confessions are accepted by god. So u will be forgiven for ur sin. And if u intend to do the same sin again then it is to the gods will to forgive u or not.

So if someone do a wrong thing or a sin he must confess.
I don't mean the confession that what happens in the church. It is total bull ****. Confessions should be heartfelt. If he dies without confession and if he is not forgiven by the god or the ones who were affected by the sinner then he goes to hell.

But it is sure and god has clearly mentioned in several places that he will forgive any sin except making partners in worship to him.

So unforgiven wrong doers and sinners go to hell.

Non believers of God. However if you believe in God but you are a sinner and your sins have not been forgiven, it counts.but although you are doing all these things, God alone could judge whether you will go to heaven or hell. No human being could impose penalty of your sins while living. If you do not believe in God and think of yourself that you are not doing bad things, that contention is impossible for you to enter the kingdom of God in heaven for eternal life. As a living human being we are bound to commit sins in our daily living. Nobody could say that he is not committing a sin although you are the most religious person on earth. Your pope, bishop, priest, your pastor, your evangelist is also bound to commit sin as human being.

The person who commits crimes against others (even animals) should go to hell!

As for a person who doesn't go to church, and hasn't done anything bad, they won't be going there.

G-d Word says we all have sinned and fall short (Romans3:23). So its not about doing bad things or going to church, it's about asking G-d through His Son Jesus to forgive us when we do mess up.
I know this answer will tick off non- Christians because they either don't believe Him or they think it should be more difficult.

I like Impossible Princess's answer, but I'll go a little farther and say not only will God judge, but if neither of them deserved Heaven no matter how good they were, what's left, save for God's grace? Who will go to hell? I don't know. Who should go to hell? Everybody, no one is worthy.

I think you should first ask what is Hell? And according to the Bible, hell is simply the grave (see Ecc. 9:10) For instance, when Adam sinned God told him that he would return to the ground for out of it he was taken, "for dust you are and to dust you will return." So simply put Adam did not exist until God created him, and when he died he when back to that same state of nonexistence, his body decayed and turned back into dust. God did not tell him he would suffer for eternity but he would die and no longer exist.

Whoever does not repent will wind up in hell because being covered by the blood of Christ is our salvation. Salvation is not by good works, deeds, positives outweighing the negatives etc....it is by the blood of Christ, and Him living in the soul and that only. Sin, no matter how bad, that is repented of and cleansed by the blood of Jesus is forgiven - just as if I had never sinned (short definition of justification). But there is NO entrance into heaven without coming to Jesus and receiving Him as your Lord and Savior. What can wash away my sin? NOTHING but the BLOOD of Jesus.

That's entirely up to God if there is one. No other human being can make that judgment because none of us know for sure. There are guidelines to live your life and that's all religion & God can do for you.

And there's really no such thing as someone who has never done bad in their life. We all have. None of us are perfect and none of us know where we'll end up. If someone says they know, they're full of it. They can guess all day long, that choice is up to God.

well the second guy isnt going to hell

the first guy though your very vague on. i mean just because he confesses his sins doesnt mean he's not going to hell, and it depends on what the bad things or 'crimes' he committed. i mean if he committed morally wrong crimes that were really morally wrong and had no remorse for it or just confessed to not go to hell but didnt care that he did the things he did and is only thinking of saving himself there, then i guess ya, he might go to hell
