Are there any recipes that don't require it to be hot (spicy)?

Learned this recipe when I worked in a bar that specialized in Bloodies! We sold 100s of these a week especially Sun mornings.
Rum lime wedge around rim of glass, dip into celery salt, add ice,
1 shot Absolute Pepper Vodka
Splash of tequila, splash brandy
few dashes worchestire sauce and Franks red hot pepper sauce
fill glass with clamato juice and splash of tomato juice (Mrs T Bloody mix will work in a pince but not as good!)
Garnish with lemon wedge, olive, pickle and 1 shrimp. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 ea Drops tabasco sauce
3 oz Tomato juice
1 x Pepper; to taste
1 ea Lemon; juiced
1 x Salt; to taste
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
My special SECRET INGREDIANT- 1/3 ts Banana Pepper juice

Preparation:
Shake with ice and strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. A wedge of lime may be added.

Can't tell. All my customers LOVE my Bloody Mary's! (secret ingredient..you'll never guess!)

In answer to the 2nd part of your question: There are many Bloody Mary recipes that do not require it to be hot/spicy.

2 oz vodka
3 oz tomato juice
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash Tabasco sauce
dash celery salt
stick celery
dash ground white pepper

Put four ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and add the vodka and tomato juice. Add the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and celery salt. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. Serve decorated with a stick of celery. Finish with a light dusting of white pepper.

ok in canada we make caesars which basically is the same as a bloody mary except we use clamato juice (really good stuff) anyways there are so many variations on what people do and dont add it is crazy. for example you dont like it spicy then dont use tabasco. i like a little heat and i use chipolte tabasco it is milder in flavor which is good. you can always ask for no tabasco and just enjoy it plain.

4 oz. vodka (Stoli, Smirnoff or Ketel One)
12 oz. V-8
dash of Worcestershire sauce
dash of Frank's Red Hot sauce (to taste)
pinch of celery powder (not salt)
fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
3-5 drops of lemon juice

Pour vodka into 20 oz. glass over ice, add all ingredients, stir well, alter seasoning amounts to taste, garnish with celery stalk, enjoy.
