its very hard to get straight answers to these kinds of things, but most of the surveys seem to indicate that about 1/3 to 1/2 of both men and women will cheat on a primary relationship at some point in their lives.

factor in that only half the population is married these days..

The problem is that people can only cheat by breaking a commitment that they have made. In a lot of cases their is an unspoken commitment between two people who are dating each other but not yet committed to a marriage. The twp people involved will often view the level of commitment differently. It is only when married that a common view of responsibility between the two is clearly understood.
A small percentage of men and women will break their commitment once it is made but if they do not believe they have a commitment they feel free to act outside the relationship.
Maybe your experience shows that you commit mentally much earlier than the men you are having relationships with and that they have never shared the same level of commitment.

I agree that there are a lot of unfaithful guys out there, but not all. Its just about finding the good ones. That is a task in itself. Also, compared to teenagers or young adults, older men (27+) wish to settle down and commit themselves a lot more.

Not all of them, probably not even the majority.

But the majority of the sort of men you prefer probably are cheating pigs.

This says a lot more about your choice in men than it does about men.

Yea guys cheat all by themselves, they cheat with married or single women. So that means that there is a even number so how do you get 95% if it takes 2 = 2 cheat, Seems you need to rethink your idea . there are no winners just victims. Just my thought.

Wow, you must have used an awfully small sample. I've surveyed my friends and none of them have cheated on their wives.

You might take a statistics class and learn what the words "sample" and "population" mean.

I'm a guy. I've never cheated on my wife. Don't plan to.

Apparently its more like 56% of all daters (men and women) that cheat. so if you don't, you're in the other 44%. cool....which means those of both sexes are dirty little whores.

Not all men are cheaters. There are some very nice men around. Don't give up.
