Use anti-bacterial soap, three times a day. (Dial is a brand) Avoid picking at your face, bacteria can build up underneath your nails. Which will cause this when you touch your face. Yes water does help a lot too. If this does not work go see a dermatologist.

DRINK WATER! this flushes out our body. Okay as for itching you might be allergic to something that you are wearing. Okay I use a scrub that has nut shell or something in it to clean the old skin that causes black heads and pimples. So after that I use tooth paste (any brand) You simple apply it and let it stand until it burns and wash it off. Then I use carmex lip balm and leave this on. (It heals chapped and sore lips and works wonders on your pimples) Okay so this takes roughly about a week to start or you could try proactive. But try a scrub also you can make a salt scrub out of fine and course sea salt it should be close to the cooking salt in store you put enough salt and water to cover your face and or body if you'd like you can also make a bath salt if you have body acne out of Epsom salt and course and fine sea salt. You take a bag of E. Salt and then fine and course sea salt and put it into a mixing bowl get you and essential oil or combo of your choice and put in about 6-8 drops or to your liking and if you want it colored it use a few drops (NOT A LOT) of food coloring. And this should last you about a month it takes 1/2 in your bath.

You have to attack acne where it starts, with your diet. For me, diet was the cause and solution. Topical medications fight the symptoms. Start by eliminating trans fats and eating more fruits and vegetables. Once you start cleaning up the inside of your body, by eating properly, the outside of your body (your skin) will be get cleaned up too. I started a website to document my problem and solution.

You might find it helpful to read my story. Just remember to eat an all natural/organic diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods. Use mild, all natural cleansers and don't pick at your face. Get lots of sleep and enough water for your body weight. Remember, clean body = clean skin. While you're waiting for your skin to clear, remind yourself that acne is a challenge that you will overcome soon. Once you're rid of it, tell all your friends how you did it. That's what I'm doing. God Bless.

same thing happens to me. there is no way to prevent it. i dont have acne either but if i am stressed or trying to impress, i usually end up with a break out. the only thing to do is take care of it when it happens so it goes away faster, use a facial scrub and exfoliate daily, it wont prevent it but it will make it a lot less worse and make it clear up faster.

Same thing happens to me, especially if I get stressed out. If you use concelear...try not to! Many concelears contain chemicals and oils that will make the acne worse! Also, make sure you are not being to harsh on your face. Over-drying will make it worse. Just ignore it. It's all part of being a teen!

I don't think washing your face 3 times a day will help. It will only irritate your skin more. Beleive it or not, but Proactive really does work great.

Sweets, if they itch it isn't acne. Maybe you need to see a doctor.
Yes, drinking water does help flush out toxins especially if you add fresh lemon.
